RAID Mobile Dashboards for iPhone - Now include TMForum Business Metrics

RAID Mobile dashboards leverages the information from the RAID Business Assurance system to support managers while on the road and make it easy to monitor critical processes and take action based on up to date information.
The RAID iPhone APP displays: revenue and margin assurance, customer experience and operational efficiency information in interactive and analytical dashboards that can be automatically and securely delivered to any iPhone.
Integrated with TM Forum Business Metrics program, the application provides C-level and executive users with intuitive and interactive views of business data on-the-go.
Users can use their iPhone to monitor dashboard showing alerts, KPIs and TM Forum metrics and to compare their operational performance with industry benchmarks
from the TM Forum.

From the KPI list the user can choose their favorite KPIs from a large number of currently available and drill-down by:
• Comparative Metric Data (data analytics)
• Or comparative Benchmark
• Line of Business
• Region
• Customer Size

According with the KPIs results, you can close alerts, re-assign, email or sms them for users to be aware of significant changes that occur on metrics so they can take the proper actions.
