WeDo technologies Implements Revenue Assurance System for Orascom Group Companies
Orascom Group demonstrates its leadership position in Revenue Assurance with automated end-to-end solutions now being deployed in all wholly owned group companies
WeDo Technologies, the global Business Assurance solutions provider, has today announced that it is implementing its RAID revenue assurance system across Orascom Group, with successful installations in their Egyptian, Algerian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi operations.
WeDo Technologies’ relationship with Orascom commenced in 2007 with a frame agreement signed for the deployment of RAID across the group. RAID is the acclaimed Revenue Assurance System, which automates and manages end-to-end revenue assurance processes across the whole business. It is a modular solution which integrates data from multiple systems, imports them to a central database, applies business validation and comparison rules to detect errors and inconsistencies, producing alarms and providing different types of reports and KPIs.
‘Our first phase of RAID revenue assurance deployment in Orascom was in Egypt last year and since then we have already successfully installed it in three further operations’ says Joao Faisca, WeDo’s General Manager for Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa, ‘we are very proud of the partnership WeDo Technologies has built with Orascom and our part in supporting Orascom’s becoming the leader in group revenue assurance management in the region’.
