    WeDo Consulting Implements Integrated Collection Solution in Brasil Telecom
Innovative solution for one of Latin America’s largest telecommunications service provider.

Lisbon, November 2003 – WeDo Consulting, an information systems consultant, has announced the completion of a new business deal – the implementation of its Integrated Collections Solution (ICS) in Brasil Telecom, one of the largest fixed telecom operators in Latin America with over 10 million lines deployed.
WeDo Consulting’s Integrated Collections Solution (ICS) will enable Brasil Telecom to have a better control over its current payment default levels in order to reduce them - one of the biggest challenges in the telecom sector.

ICS will allow Brasil Telecom to manage its Collection process, providing its teams with tools that assure more effectiveness and efficiency in the collection processes. ICS enables the segmentation and prioritization of targets and actions according to the customer’s behavior and the easy implementation of new control strategies. The automation of the collection process includes follow-up options that enable the necessary activities for the payment of customer credits.

  WeDo Consulting develops churn prediction package for Telecommunications Providers based on SAS technology

Hyperion Partnership and Joint solution announced
WeDo Consulting has established a partnership agreement with Hyperion that intends to formalize WeDo Consulting’s experience in implementing Business Performance Management solutions based on Hyperion Essbase XTD.

As a result of the partnership agreement, WeDo Consulting is launching a Business Performance Management solution tailored for the Telecom business, based on Hyperion Essbase XTD. This solution provides Telecom Operators with timely access to Key Performance Indicators to monitor specific aspects of the Telecom business, such as subscribers’ evolution and network coverage and quality, while providing a clear picture of the overall company performance. This solution has already been implemented at a European mobile operator and covers about 80% of typical telecom requirements, leading to short deployment timeframes and low risk projects.
