For some software companies their systems are the ‘be all and end all’. But, while thesoftware product is clearly important to Rui Paiva, CEO of WeDo technologies, he’s also interested in the processes of business management. This is where he has identified the need for enormous change and why WeDo has altered its offering to anticipate market demands. Something is working right; WeDo has been profitable since its inception, it has acquired four companies in the last two years and now has two more in its sights.
