CMS is powered by a flexible, robust and high performance Calculation Engine. This critical component joins business entities information with the incentive configuration rules to calculate the incentive results to be paid to the sales network.

In order to provide telecommunication service providers the ability to easily design, administer and optimize compensation plans, CMS is delivered via an easy to use, web-based interface to make compensation plans definition and configuration efficient and painless. A simple, yet powerful, rule-editing wizard allows for easy creation and configuration of business rules and variables without the need for complex code-writing or in-depth technical knowledge.

Furthermore, CMS brings incentive creation and configuration to a new level of simplicity, providing a wide range of pre-built incentive types tailored to meet the specific needs of telecommunications service providers. These pre-built incentive types are provided out-of-the-box and only require simple configuration to adapt to the specific conditions and variables of each implementation.

In order to stimulate a transparent relationship between the telecommunication service provider and its sales network, CMS provides a set of optional modules, from extensive reporting on incentive results to a complaint management application to manage the complains of the sales network.
